Afraid you lose your sharpness with age? One way to protect the brain from damage caused by aging and diseases like dementia and Alzheimer's is through diet. Here are some foods that will help you keep the brain and memory.

Berries
Raspberries, blackberries, cranberries and strawberries contain particularly high concentrations of antioxidants, which have been proven in a research to contribute to brain activities and fighting brain cell damage caused by free radicals. Since the human body does not produce antioxidants by itself, it is important to have a diet that will provide enough of them.
